SIPUXIN semi-automatic double tank lipstick hot filling machine is specially developed for wax-based cosmetic stick production. Equipped with two independent heating stirring barrels, it supports simultaneous melting and filling of two different formulas, greatly improving production flexibility for small and medium cosmetic manufacturers. Adopting PID constant temperature control system and PLC touch intelligent operation, it delivers stable, high-precision quantitative hot filling without raw material solidification, dripping or leakage. Usage and Application
Usage
Add lipstick raw materials into two heating tanks separately, set independent stirring speed and heating temperature via touch screen.
Preheat raw materials to fully melt and homogenize, adjust filling volume and filling time.
Place lipstick molds on the worktable, the machine automatically completes quantitative hot filling.
Two tanks work independently, supporting simultaneous production of two different lipstick formulas to improve switching efficiency.
Application
