Operation 

1. Pre-inspection & PreparationCheck air compressor, power supply and pipeline connection; clean all liquid contact parts with alcohol. Pour perfume raw liquid into storage tank.

2. Parameter SettingTurn on touch screen, set target filling volume, production speed, plug pressing pressure and capping torque according to sample bottle size.

3. Bottle PositioningManually place empty perfume vials on rotary turntable fixtures one by one.

4. Automatic Working CycleTurntable rotates to send bottles to each station in sequence:

① Piston quantitative filling station injects liquid into bottles

② Inner plug pressing station automatically presses rubber plug tightly on bottle mouth

③ Capping station grabs cap and screws it to standard tightness

5. Finished Product DischargeCompleted perfume sample bottles slide out from discharge outlet, collect manually.

6. Shutdown & CleaningStop machine after production, cut off power and air source. Disassemble filling head, plug mold and pipeline for full cleaning to avoid alcohol liquid residue.

Structure

1. Rotary turntable positioning assemblyIt fixes perfume sample bottles and stably transports bottles to each processing station.

2. Piston quantitative filling stationComposed of filling cylinder, filling nozzle and driving cylinder, it realizes accurate quantitative filling of alcohol perfume liquid.

3. Pneumatic inner plug pressing stationDriven by air cylinder, the mold tightly presses rubber inner plugs on bottle mouths to avoid liquid leakage.

4. Automatic screw capping stationEquipped with pneumatic clamping and twisting head with adjustable torsion, it matches aluminum and plastic perfume caps.

5. PLC touch screen control cabinetInstalled with display screen, emergency stop button and power switch to adjust parameters like filling volume, running speed and pressing pressure.

6. SUS304 stainless steel machine frameAnti-corrosion against alcohol liquid, easy to clean and sanitize.

7. Pneumatic driving systemConsists of air cylinders, pressure regulating valves and air filters to supply power for filling, plug pressing and capping actions.

8. Finished product discharge slideDelivers fully processed perfume sample bottles out automatically for manual collection.

Mainly used in cosmetic, perfume, daily chemical and aromatherapy industries for small trial bottles such as perfume samples, floral water and essential oil vials. Equipped with rotary turntable, piston filling, plug pressing and screw capping units controlled by PLC, it automatically finishes filling, inner plug pressing and capping. SUS304 stainless steel contact parts resist alcohol corrosion, with compact desktop layout and easy operation.
