Operation
1. Pre-inspection & PreparationCheck air compressor, power supply and pipeline connection; clean all liquid contact parts with alcohol. Pour perfume raw liquid into storage tank.
2. Parameter SettingTurn on touch screen, set target filling volume, production speed, plug pressing pressure and capping torque according to sample bottle size.
3. Bottle PositioningManually place empty perfume vials on rotary turntable fixtures one by one.
4. Automatic Working CycleTurntable rotates to send bottles to each station in sequence:
① Piston quantitative filling station injects liquid into bottles
② Inner plug pressing station automatically presses rubber plug tightly on bottle mouth
③ Capping station grabs cap and screws it to standard tightness
5. Finished Product DischargeCompleted perfume sample bottles slide out from discharge outlet, collect manually.
6. Shutdown & CleaningStop machine after production, cut off power and air source. Disassemble filling head, plug mold and pipeline for full cleaning to avoid alcohol liquid residue.
