Usage and Application 

Usage

1. Put toothpaste raw materials (calcium carbonate, glycerin, surfactant, essence, abrasive powder) into the main tank.

2. Close the tank, start electric heating to reach the set temperature, turn on vacuum system to eliminate bubbles.

3. Operate frame stirring and high-speed homogenizer at the same time to fully emulsify and disperse solid-liquid raw materials.

4. After mixing, lift the homogenizing head, open the bottom valve to discharge finished toothpaste directly to filling equipment.

5. Adjust heating temperature, stirring speed and vacuum degree via PLC screen according to different toothpaste formulas.
