Rotary chuck and Feeding table

The rotary chuck has many universal bottle molds.The molds are changeable and adjusted to suit different bottles with various shapes and sizes.

A bottle feeding table is equipped for people to feed the bottle into the molds.

Air washing

2 piece of the air washing is equipped to clean the perfume bottles.

Remove dust and debris inside bottles by clean compressed air, dry without water for perfume glass bottles.

Filling

Magnetic pump filling with 4 lifting nozzle: No liquid splashing during filling, stable output, no leakage, corrosion resistance for alcohol perfume.

• Stable, drip-free perfume filling

Vacuum reflux system

Vacuum reflux system detects liquid level of filled bottles.

Excess perfume is siphoned back through separate pipeline, while insufficient liquid will be refilled automatically for consistent level.

Pump feeding

2 spray pump feeding stations are connected with the vibration bowl. When the vibration bowl start vibrating,it will feed the pump the this station automatically. And then the robotic hand will clamp the pump into the bottle.

Pre-crimping

After the pump being fed into the bottle,some pump will be not very vertical to fit the bottles. So 2 pre-crimping stations will press the pump a bit,make the pump vertically fit into the bottle,,make it ready for crimping officially.

Crimping

2 crimping stations will press the pump into the bottle ,and then crimping it,make the pump fixed with the bottles.

Collar feeding

2 collar feeding stations are connected with the vibration bowl. When the vibration bowl start vibrating,it will feed the pump the this station automatically. And then the robotic hand will clamp the collar into the bottle.

Collaring

2 collaring stations will press the collar down,make it fixed into the bottle.

Fix & seal perfume pump collar tightly

Bottle clamping out

Bottle clamping transport device: stable gripping, no bottle tipping, smooth conveying.Clamp the bottle out to the conveyor belt.

It save labors and speed it up.

PLC Control system

This machine uses SIEMENS PLC control system with HMI touch screen. It can set the filling volume,filling speed those kind of parameters, with remote sensing control.
