This 100L hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifying machine is a professional high-end emulsification and mixing equipment, specially designed for medium batch production of high-standard cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and high-viscosity daily chemical products.
Adopting hydraulic lifting structure, the tank cover can be lifted and lowered automatically for easy cleaning, maintenance and formula replacement. Working under full vacuum condition, it effectively eliminates bubbles, ensures smooth and fine material texture, and improves product stability and glossiness.
Equipped with low-speed wall-scraping stirring and high-speed circulating homogenizing system with independent frequency conversion control, the machine realizes uniform mixing and ultra-fine oil-water emulsification. The jacket heating/cooling design supports precise constant temperature control to meet different formula production requirements.
All material contact parts adopt SUS304 or optional SUS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing, fully complying with GMP hygienic standards. It is widely applicable for producing facial cream, body lotion, foundation, ointment, essence emulsion and other high-quality emulsified products.

The 100L hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifier is a GMP-standard, medium-batch production equipment for high-end cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and daily chemical products. Integrated with vacuum deaeration, jacket heating/cooling, wall-scraping stirring and high-shear homogenizing functions, this all-in-one unit delivers fine, bubble-free and stable emulsification results for high-viscosity formulas.

It adopts dual independent frequency conversion control for low-speed wall-scraping stirring and high-speed circulating homogenization, ensuring uniform mixing and ultra-fine oil-water fusion. The jacket temperature system supports precise heating and cooling to adapt to diverse production processes. All material contact parts are made of mirror-polished SUS304 stainless steel (316L optional), fully meeting sanitary production requirements. This model is widely used for mass production of cream, lotion, foundation, ointment and premium skincare emulsified products.
