The 25L mobile electric heating homogenizing mixing tank is a compact, multi-functional processing unit designed for laboratory research, trial production and small-batch cosmetic and daily chemical manufacturing.
This unit combines jacketed thermal oil heating, low-speed wall-scraping stirring and bottom high-shear homogenizing in one machine, achieving uniform mixing, precise temperature control and fine emulsification for various liquid and cream formulas. The tank is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel with mirror polished interior, ensuring hygienic production, easy cleaning and no cross-contamination during frequent formula switching.
Featuring independent frequency conversion control for stirring and homogenizing speed, the equipment stably produces high-quality emulsions, lotions, serums and essential oil blends. Equipped with a liquid level gauge and brake-type mobile casters, the tank allows flexible movement, convenient material observation and complete residue-free discharging. Custom voltage, 316L stainless steel, explosion-proof and vacuum configurations are available to meet different production and regional standards.
