Sipuxin
This complete production line integrates a 1000L fixed vacuum homogenizer and supporting RO water treatment equipment, independently developed by SIPUXIN. It forms a one-stop automatic production system covering purified water preparation, raw material preheating, vacuum stirring and high-shear emulsification. The whole set is widely applied for mass manufacturing dairy products, food sauces and cosmetic emulsions, perfectly matching medium-to-large factory batch production demands.
Machine composition
1000L main fixed vacuum homogenizer tank: Equipped with top wall-scraping stirring system, bottom independent high-shear emulsifier, PLC touch control cabinet and high-precision weighing base.
Oil & water phase preheating auxiliary tanks: Two separated stainless steel tanks for raw material heating and dissolving.
Stainless steel operation platform & anti-slip stairs: For feeding, observation and maintenance access.
RO reverse osmosis water treatment equipment: To produce standard purified water for production.
All material contact components adopt SUS304 food-grade stainless steel for hygienic manufacturing.
Usage and Application
Usage
Produce qualified purified water via the supporting RO water treatment equipment first to meet production standards.
2. Add oil-phase and water-phase raw materials into two independent preheating tanks respectively, set temperature to fully dissolve ingredients.
3. Transfer pre-melted raw materials into the 1000L main vacuum homogenizing tank through automatic feeding ports.
4. Set stirring speed, emulsifying speed, heating temperature and vacuum time on the PLC touch screen.
5. Start vacuum stirring and high-shear emulsification simultaneously; the wall-scraping agitator avoids material sticking to the tank wall for even mixing.
6. After emulsification is finished, discharge finished products from the sanitary conical bottom outlet for filling and packaging.
