Introduction
This 100L mobile electric heating vacuum emulsifier consists of SUS316L sealed main tank, electric thermal oil heating jacket, top wall scraping stirring motor & gearbox, bottom high shear homogenizer, independent vacuum pump assembly, split stainless steel control cabinet, pressure gauge, safety relief valve and lockable mobile casters. All material contact surfaces adopt mirror polished SUS316L stainless steel.

Machine composition
This 100L mobile electric heating vacuum emulsifier adopts full SUS316L sanitary stainless steel tank, equipped with top wall scraping stirring and bottom high-shear homogenizer. It supports thermal oil constant temperature heating and full vacuum defoaming, controlled by independent digital cabinet. Lockable casters enable flexible workshop transfer, ideal for medium-batch production of cosmetic cream, lotion and pharmaceutical ointment. Key core components include motor, gearbox, pressure vessel, bearing and PLC, with energy-saving, safe and multifunctional features.
Usage and Application
Usage
1. Push the machine to feeding position and lock casters, open the top manhole to add oil phase and water phase raw materials, then seal the cover tightly.
2. Set heating temperature, stirring speed and homogenizer speed on the split control panel, start electric heating to melt solid wax and emulsifiers evenly.
3. Turn on the vacuum pump to form negative pressure inside the tank, run wall scraper stirring and bottom homogenizer synchronously to realize full vacuum emulsification and eliminate tiny bubbles in paste.
4. After emulsification reaction completes, stop heating, stirring and homogenizing, release vacuum pressure, open the bottom discharge valve to output finished cosmetic paste.
5. Clean the tank interior, stirring paddles and homogenizer rotor-stator with purified water after batch production for next batch trial production.

Mainly applied in cosmetic, pharmaceutical and daily chemical factories for medium-batch production of facial cream, body lotion, eye ointment, hair mask, medicinal ointment and other viscous emulsified products. The integrated vacuum & heating mixing system meets small and medium workshop mass production demand.
