Introduction

This 2-in-1 dual pneumatic aerosol filling machine is composed of PLC touch control panel, liquid filling cylinder assembly, aerosol crimping mechanism, gas filling unit, stainless steel worktable with cabinet, pneumatic driving system and mobile casters. All contact liquid parts are SUS316L stainless steel, matched with air compressor supporting pipeline for full pneumatic operation.

Machine composition 

This semi-automatic 2-in-1 dual pneumatic aerosol filling machine consists of seven core assemblies: PLC touch control panel, SUS316L liquid filling cylinder assembly, aerosol valve crimping mechanism, gas filling unit, stainless steel cabinet worktable, full pneumatic driving pipeline system and brake mobile casters. All liquid contact parts adopt SUS316L stainless steel, matched with supporting air compressor pipeline to realize fully pneumatic explosion-proof operation for aerosol production.

Usage and Application

Usage 

1. Connect air compressor pipeline to the machine, set filling volume and crimp parameters on PLC touch screen.

2. Place empty aerosol cans under liquid filling station, start liquid filling to inject cosmetic lotion, cream or liquid raw materials into cans.

3. Transfer filled cans to crimp station to seal aerosol valve tightly.

4. Move sealed cans to gas filling station to fill propellant gas inside cans.

5.  Take finished aerosol cans out for labeling and packaging, clean liquid pipeline after batch production.

Suitable for semi-automatic production of various aerosol spray products, including hair spray, facial mist, sunscreen spray, disinfection spray, perfume spray and industrial aerosol reagents.
