This vertical automatic bag packaging machine integrates film feeding, quantitative filling, sealing, cutting and finished bag output in one unit, specially designed for small sachet packaging of liquid, lotion, cream, honey and sauce.Equipped with sanitary stainless steel hopper and servo filling pump, filling volume can be precisely adjusted via touch screen. All liquid contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel, easy to disassemble and clean.It supports composite plastic film roll material, can make three-side sealed, four-side sealed and back-sealed sample bags. Compact cabinet with brake casters, small floor space, widely used for cosmetic trial packs, food condiment sachets and daily chemical single-use packaging.

Usage and Application 

Usage 

1. Push the tank to the designated production area and lock the brake casters;

2. Open the manhole and put all raw materials into the tank, then close and seal the manhole cover;

3. Adjust heating temperature and stirring speed on the control panel according to production formula;

4. After uniform mixing, open the bottom sanitary valve to discharge finished materials directly.
