Conventional emulsifiers on the market typically feature only single-direction shearing at the bottom of the vessel, resulting in poor material flow and difficulty in achieving a fine emulsion with high-viscosity materials. This 300L vacuum emulsifier features an upgraded main vessel design, integrating bottom-mounted high-shear homogenization with an external recirculation loop. This structure ensures materials undergo continuous, closed-loop shearing, achieving comprehensive emulsification and mixing with no dead zones.
