Our 200L Movable Mixing Tank with horizontal motor is a practical liquid blending unit specially designed for daily‑chemical industry. Different from homogenizing mixing tanks, this model comes without bottom high‑shear homogenizer, focusing on efficient stirring and mixing of low‑to‑medium viscosity liquid materials.

The whole tank is built with SUS304 stainless steel, inner surface mirror polished to meet hygiene requirements. Fitted with heavy‑duty movable casters, operators can shift the whole machine between production area, filling station and cleaning zone conveniently, saving workshop layout cost.

The horizontal side‑mounted agitator motor ensures stable stirring performance, reduces tank height and saves workshop space. It is widely applied to produce shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, liquid detergent and other liquid products. Electric heating system, different agitator types and outlet connections are optional for customization.
