The 500L Mobile Electric Heating Mixing Tank is a versatile mixing vessel developed by SIPUXIN for cosmetics, daily‑chemical and small‑batch food manufacturing. Equipped with electric jacket heating system and frame‑type slow stirring, this tank can mix, dissolve and heat liquid & semi‑paste materials such as shampoo, body lotion, face cream, mask ointment and liquid detergent.
Made of SUS304 stainless steel as standard, SUS316L material is optional for special corrosive formula. The inner tank adopts mirror polishing, easy to clean and meets hygiene requirement for cosmetic & food industry. Whole unit is mounted on brake‑equipped heavy‑duty casters, convenient to move inside workshop for multi‑batch production. 11KW homogenizer is available as optional upgrade for higher emulsifying performance.
