Our 100L movable homogenizing mixing tank is designed for small batch cosmetic and daily chemical production. Nominal volume is 100 L and effective working volume is 70‑80 L. It combines bottom high speed homogenizer and main stirring function to finish mixing and emulsifying work. Material contact components adopt food grade stainless steel. Jacket electric heating supports stable temperature control. With movable brake casters, the machine can be transferred easily in workshop. This tank works under atmospheric pressure. Custom options include steam heating, cooling jacket, CIP spray ball and different working voltages. It is easy to operate and maintain, cost effective for lab test and small scale production.
