This 1000L movable electric heating mixing tank is built with sturdy supporting frame and heavy‑duty casters. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it is equipped with electric heating jacket for material heating & temperature keeping. Suitable for large‑batch mixing of shampoo, body wash, liquid soap, detergent and other daily‑chemical liquids. Robust frame structure improves overall stability while moving. Our 1000L Movable Mixing Tank with horizontal motor is a practical liquid blending unit specially designed for daily‑chemical industry. Different from homogenizing mixing tanks, this model comes without bottom high‑shear homogenizer, focusing on efficient stirring and mixing of low‑to‑medium viscosity liquid materials.
The whole tank is built with SUS304 stainless steel, inner surface mirror polished to meet hygiene requirements. Fitted with heavy‑duty movable casters, operators can shift the whole machine between production area, filling station and cleaning zone conveniently, saving workshop layout cost.
The horizontal side‑mounted agitator motor ensures stable stirring performance, reduces tank height and saves workshop space. It is widely applied to produce shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, liquid detergent and other liquid products. Electric heating system, different agitator types and outlet connections are optional for customization.
