Key Components & Functional Details
1 Automatic Bottle Unscrambler • Function: Automatically sorts and orients empty glass or plastic perfume bottles, feeding them upright onto the main conveyor. It handles round and irregular bottles from 5ml to 200ml.
• Advantages: Anti-scratch design prevents damage to delicate glass bottles. The speed is fully synchronized with the main line, ensuring no bottle starvation or jamming.
2 Rotary Filling Station (Core Unit)
• Mechanism: Features a multi-station rotary turntable paired with high-precision ceramic or stainless steel metering pumps.

• Crimping: Specially designed heads crimp the aluminum collars on spray pump bottles evenly and securely, ensuring the pump functions smoothly and remains airtight.
• Capping: For screw-cap bottles, a torque-controlled capping system applies consistent force to ensure the cap is neither too loose nor over-tightened.
