SIPUXIN Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is designed for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries, integrating automatic tube loading, filling, sealing, batch number printing and tail cutting in one continuous process. Equipped with a PLC touch screen control system and high-precision metering pump, the filling accuracy reaches ±1%. The full stainless steel body meets food/pharmaceutical grade hygiene standards and supports plastic/laminated tubes.     The SIPUXIN Automatic Tube Filling & Sealing Machine is an all-in-one automated solution designed for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, and daily chemical industries. It integrates tube loading, filling, tail sealing, batch coding, and trimming into a continuous, hands-free process, making it ideal for mass production of creams, gels, ointments, toothpaste, sauces, and other tube-based products.

  2.  Core Workflow

    *Automatic Tube Feeding: Bulk tube magazine feeds plastic or laminated tubes automatically, with built-in orientation to align the tube nozzle correctly.

    *Precision Filling: High-precision piston or metering pump delivers consistent volumes with ±1% accuracy, handling low to medium-high viscosity materials.

    *Sealing & Finishing: Heat or ultrasonic sealing creates a strong, leak-proof tail with customizable patterns. Integrated coding prints batch numbers, while excess material is neatly trimmed.

    *Finished Product Discharge: Completed tubes are automatically ejected, ready for packaging.
