Introduction
Powder Makeup Heating Filling Machine is purpose-built for filling powder-based cosmetics and wax-containing formulations, such as pressed powders, eyeshadows, blushes, and cream-powder blends. It integrates a heating system, stirring mechanism, precision filling nozzle, PLC control panel, and conveyor belt in one compact unit. The heating device and stirring motor work together to keep materials at a constant temperature, preventing settling, caking, and solidification. The heated filling nozzle ensures smooth, clog-free dispensing, while the PLC control allows for easy adjustment of filling volume and speed. With foot pedal operation and an automatic conveyor, it supports flexible, hands-free production, making it ideal for small-to-medium batch cosmetic manufacturing.

Heated filling assembly
It comprises a precision control unit and a heated filling nozzle.
