Application :

This inline automatic filler is equipped with two independent servo-driven gear pumps, adopting SUS316L sanitary pump head and full SUS304 stainless steel frame, complying with GMP food & cosmetic hygiene standard. Controlled by PLC + color touch screen, filling volume and running speed can be digitally set directly, with filling precision within ±0.5% error. Two filling nozzles work synchronously to lift production output greatly; built-in no-bottle-no-filling sensor avoids material waste effectively. It fits low to high viscous fluid, widely used for shampoo, lotion, cream, edible oil, detergent, lubricant and chemical liquid filling in cosmetic, food, daily chemical & chemical industries. Supporting customized filling range from 5ml to 5000ml, it can connect with conveyor, capper and labeling machine to form full automatic filling production line.
