Brief Machine Introduction

This inline external emulsifying pump adopts full SUS304 stainless steel sanitary structure. High-speed rotor-stator creates strong shear force to homogenize, emulsify and disperse high-viscosity cream, lotion and paste. Clamp quick disassembly design, easy to clean, widely matched with mixing tank for cosmetic, food and pharmacy production line.

1. Sanitary SUS304 emulsifying pump head (rotor & stator working chamber)

2. Three-phase explosion-proof / standard driving motor

3. Stainless steel base with adjustable fixing feet

4. Clamp type inlet & outlet ports for quick pipe connection

5. Sampling valve, circulation bypass valve

6. Waterproof electrical junction box & complete wiring

Usage

1. Install the pump between mixing tank pipelines via clamp connections.

2. Connect power supply, check sealing and bypass valve status.

3. Start the pump, the rotor-stator unit continuously shear, emulsify and circulate materials.

4. Realize online circular homogenization to improve product fineness.

5. After production, open clamp joints to fully clean the pump cavity.
