Introduction

This mobile internal & external circulation rotor pump is specially developed for high-viscosity paste, cream, balm and semi-fluid material conveying. Equipped with SUS304 stainless steel hopper, movable trolley and independent speed regulating motor, it can realize two working modes: direct material transfer and tank internal-external circulation homogenization. It can transport body butter, facial cream, medicinal ointment, body scrub, shampoo, hair mask and other viscous raw materials without material stratification or solid particle damage. With adjustable flow rate, smooth conveying without dripping, easy disassembly for full cleaning, widely matched with mixing tanks and filling machines in cosmetic factories.

Machine composition 

1. Stainless Steel Feeding HopperLarge SUS304 conical hopper for storing viscous paste materials, smooth inner wall to avoid paste residue, easy to disassemble and clean.

2. Rotor Pump HeadCore conveying component, made of food-grade stainless steel rotors and pump cavity. Realize stable low-shear transfer and internal-external circulation without damaging solid particles in cream or scrub.

3.  Gearbox & Transmission Gear SetSlow down motor speed and increase torque, guarantee stable conveying pressure for high-viscosity body butter, ointment and paste. Equipped with wear-resistant bearings for long-term operation.

4.  Variable Frequency MotorPower source of the whole pump, match with frequency converter to adjust conveying flow freely, energy-saving and low noise.

5.  PLC Frequency Control CabinetIntegrated control panel with digital speed adjustment, start/stop buttons, convenient for workers to regulate flow rate according to production demand.

6. Stainless Steel Mobile Trolley FrameThickened stainless steel bracket, fitted with 4 brake universal casters, easy to push the pump between mixing tank and filling station.

Usage and Application

Operation Steps 

1. Push the pump trolley beside mixing tank or filling machine, connect pipeline.

2. Pour paste raw materials into the feeding hopper.

3. Turn on power, adjust conveying speed via frequency converter.

4. Two working modes:

   1. Transfer mode: pump material from tank to filling machine directly;

   2. Circulation mode: connect return pipe to realize internal-external circulation to homogenize uneven cream.

5. After production, disassemble pump head and hopper to clean residual paste thoroughly.
