Fully automatic single-head piston filling machine built with an integrated feeding pump and conveyor. PLC touch screen control, SUS316L contact parts, high filling accuracy, continuously auto-feeds and fills cream, lotion, shampoo and thick paste into bottles for cosmetic and daily chemical production lines.

Usage and Application

Usage 

1. Connect the raw material barrel to the integrated feeding pump; the pump automatically delivers cream, lotion or thick liquid into the machine’s storage hopper.

2. Place empty bottles on the conveyor belt, which automatically transports bottles to the filling nozzle position.

3. Set filling volume, conveyor speed and delay time on the PLC touch screen.

4. The piston cylinder quantitatively discharges materials into bottles, then the conveyor sends filled bottles to the next process continuously.

5. Dismantle and clean the SUS316L filling parts regularly to avoid material cross-contamination.

Application 

This machine is widely used in cosmetic, daily chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries for automatic quantitative filling of various materials, including facial cream, body lotion, shampoo, hair conditioner, facial gel, body scrub, liquid soap and other thick paste & liquid products into plastic or glass bottles.
