1. Heating & Stirring Material Tank
The integrated heating tank is made of full 304 stainless steel with mirror polishing inner wall, no dead corners for residue. It adopts water-circulation constant temperature heating structure, temperature adjustable from 30℃ to 90℃ to prevent viscous paste solidification. Equipped with slow-speed mixing agitator inside, which keeps cream, honey, ointment evenly fluid without stratification during long-time continuous production. The tank lid can be opened for quick raw material feeding, and the bottom outlet connects directly to gear pump to avoid material waste.
2. Double Gear Pump Metering System
Two independent food-grade stainless steel gear pumps are equipped for separate quantitative control of each filling nozzle. Gear pump delivery volume is driven by servo motor, featuring stable metering, ±1% high filling accuracy even for high-viscosity fluid with particles. The pump head can be quickly disassembled without tools for deep cleaning, no cross-contamination between different batches of products. 4. Filling Nozzle Anti-drip Design
Each filling nozzle adopts pneumatic cut-off anti-drip structure. When filling stops, the nozzle closes instantly to prevent thick paste from dripping on bottle bodies, keeping finished bottles clean and reducing material waste. The nozzle height and horizontal spacing are adjustable to match round bottles, flat bottles, plastic tubes and various container sizes. The nozzle outlet can be customized with lengthened tube for deep filling of tall bottles.

The main frame is thickened stainless steel square tube with anti-rust treatment, stable structure and low running vibration.
