Operation Instructions

1. Preparation & Installation

   1. Place the machine on a flat, stable surface and lock the casters.

   2. Connect to the correct power supply and air source (if equipped with pneumatic components).

   3. Assemble the hopper and filling nozzle, ensuring all connections are tight and leak-free.

   4. Add the product to the hopper, making sure the liquid/paste covers the pump inlet.

2.  Parameter Setting

   1. Turn on the power and access the touchscreen control panel.

   2. Set the required filling volume, filling speed, and number of fills according to your product and bottle size.

   3. Run a test cycle with an empty container to verify accuracy and adjust parameters if needed.

3.   Filling Operation

   1. Place clean, empty containers under the filling nozzle.

   2. Press the “Start” button. The machine will automatically dispense the preset volume into the container.

   3. After filling, remove the container and repeat for the next bottle.

   4. Adjust the nozzle height if needed to fit different bottle sizes.

  4. Cleaning & Maintenance 

      1.After production, turn off the power and drain any remaining product from the hopper and pump.

      2. Rinse the hopper, pump, and nozzle with warm water or a suitable cleaning solution. 

      3. Disassemble detachable parts (nozzle, hopper) for deep cleaning, then dry and reassemble. 

      4. Lubricate moving parts as recommended in the user manual to extend service life.  

  5. Safety Precautions 

      • Do not run the machine dry (without product in the hopper) to avoid damaging the pump. 

      • Ensure all safety guards are in place during operation. 

      • Disconnect power before cleaning or performing maintenance.
