All liquid contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel, easy to disassemble and clean.It supports composite plastic film roll material, can make three-side sealed, four-side sealed and back-sealed sample bags. Compact cabinet with brake casters, small floor space, widely used for cosmetic trial packs, food condiment sachets and daily chemical single-use packaging.

Usage 

1. Mount roll packaging film on unwinding rack; set target filling volume, bag length and sealing temperature on touch screen;

2. Liquid/cream flows from hopper into filling pump for fixed-volume dosing;

3. Machine automatically forms pouch, fills material, heat-seals and cuts finished bags;

4.  Finished sachets output through conveyor belt continuously.
