This 500L/H single-stage RO water treatment machine adopts full anti-corrosion PVC pipelines, equipped with quartz sand, activated carbon and precision filter pretreatment. It runs automatically with pressure real-time monitoring, stably producing purified water for cosmetic, food and small factory production. Compact integrated frame, easy operation and maintenance.

Usage and Application

Usage 

1. Connect raw water inlet and power supply, check all filter cartridges and pipelines.

2. Turn on the machine; quartz sand and activated carbon tanks remove sediment, rust and residual chlorine first.

3. The booster pump delivers pre-treated water to RO membrane for desalination and purification.

4. Qualified purified water flows out for production use, while concentrated water drains separately.

5. Real-time pressure gauges monitor operating status; replace pre-filter media regularly for stable performance.
