Introduction

This 300L sealed movable mixing tank adopts SUS304 stainless steel with electric jacket heating and top stirrer. Equipped with sealed manhole, pressure gauge and brake casters for flexible workshop transfer. Independent control panel realizes temperature and speed adjustment. Suitable for mixing shampoo, lotion, liquid soap, food syrup and medicinal liquid, complying with GMP standard.

1. Tank body: SUS304 stainless steel sealed tank with manhole, jacket heating layer, mirror polished inner wall

2. Top stirring assembly: vertical stirring motor, mixing paddle, mechanical seal

Usage and Application

Usage 

1. Open the manhole and put raw materials into the tank according to production formula.

2. 2. Close the manhole and lock tightly to keep tank sealed.

3. 3. Set target temperature on control panel and start electric heating circulation.

4. 4. Turn on top stirring motor, adjust suitable stirring speed for full blending.

5. 5. Monitor tank internal pressure via pressure gauge during mixing.

6. 6. Stop heating and stirring after mixing finished, open bottom discharge valve to release finished material, then move tank by casters for cleaning.

1. Daily chemical industry: shampoo, body wash, hand sanitizer, liquid soap, hair conditioner, lotion, cosmetic base liquid, perfume premix.
