This full set 1000L fixed vacuum emulsifier integrates main emulsifying pot, water tank, oil tank, platform stairs, vacuum system and PLC intelligent control cabinet. Made of food-grade stainless steel, equipped with wall-scraping stirring and bottom high-shear homogenizer.
Closed vacuum deaeration, jacket heating and independent frequency speed regulation are standard features, which can produce bubble-free fine cream and lotion steadily. Suitable for cosmetic skincare paste, medical ointment and food sauce mass production. Multiple customized functions are available, factory direct supply with reliable one-year warranty.

The 100L hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifier is a GMP-standard, medium-batch production equipment for high-end cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and daily chemical products. Integrated with vacuum deaeration, jacket heating/cooling, wall-scraping stirring and high-shear homogenizing functions, this all-in-one unit delivers fine, bubble-free and stable emulsification results for high-viscosity formulas.

It adopts dual independent frequency conversion control for low-speed wall-scraping stirring and high-speed circulating homogenization, ensuring uniform mixing and ultra-fine oil-water fusion. The jacket temperature system supports precise heating and cooling to adapt to diverse production processes. All material contact parts are made of mirror-polished SUS304 stainless steel (316L optional), fully meeting sanitary production requirements. This model is widely used for mass production of cream, lotion, foundation, ointment and premium skincare emulsified products.
