The 2000L single-layer homogenizer mixing tank is a room-temperature blending equipment independently developed by Sipuxin, specially designed for mass production of low & medium viscosity liquid materials without heating requirements. The tank body is integrally formed from SUS304 stainless steel, with mirror polishing on inner wall to ensure food and cosmetic production hygiene standards.
This mixing pot adopts a dual working structure of top anchor slow stirring + bottom high-shear homogenizer, two sets of variable frequency driving systems can adjust speed separately according to different raw material viscosity. The complete machine is equipped with stainless steel support frame, anti-slip platform, guardrail and climbing stairs for safe and convenient manual feeding operation.
Equipped with PLC touch intelligent control cabinet, operators can set stirring time, stirring speed and homogenizer speed visually. Standard configuration comes with bottom manual discharge valve, which can be upgraded to pneumatic automatic discharge, weighing batching system, vacuum defoaming device and CIP cleaning ball as optional accessories.
Widely applied in daily chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries to produce shampoo, body wash, hand sanitizer, disinfectant, facial toner, plant extract and light syrup. Our factory supports non-standard customization of volume, material (SUS316L) and additional functions, with complete production testing and strict quality inspection before delivery.
