This machine adopts unique triangular cone pot design with hydraulic lifting cover, electric jacket heating and high-shear vacuum homogenizing system. All material contact parts are SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel. Under vacuum environment, it completes stirring, homogenizing, heating and emulsification synchronously, eliminating air bubbles inside finished paste. Hydraulic lifting structure brings full open space for feeding, discharging and internal cleaning, widely applied for thick cream, ointment and high-viscosity emulsion production.

Product Description

This machine adopts unique triangular cone pot design with hydraulic lifting cover, electric jacket heating and high-shear vacuum homogenizing system. All material contact parts are SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel. Under vacuum environment, it completes stirring, homogenizing, heating and emulsification synchronously, eliminating air bubbles inside finished paste. Hydraulic lifting structure brings full open space for feeding, discharging and internal cleaning, widely applied for thick cream, ointment and high-viscosity emulsion production.

It runs at high speed to shear, disperse and emulsify cosmetic raw materials, cooperating with the top anchor stirring frame to form full circulation mixing inside the triangular cone pot.

Siemens touch screen controls all machine parameters with real-time data display, fitted with power indicator and emergency stop for safe automatic operation.

Feeding Assembly

The sealed top lid of triangular cone vacuum homogenizing emulsifier, integrated with multiple functional ports:

Central feeding funnel: add powder raw materials under vacuum state
Vacuum filter tank: connect vacuum pump to extract air inside the pot
Manual ball valves: for liquid feeding, sampling and pressure reliefAll parts are mirror-polished SUS316L stainless steel, fully sealed to maintain negative pressure during emulsification.
