Rotary chuck

It has a big rotary chuck for easy operation.

All the molds (bottle holders) can be adjustable and customized,it is suitable for many kinds of perfume bottles.

Air clean

It has 2 pieces of the air cleaning heads.

They will clean the dust side the perfume bottles.

Magnetic pump filling

It has 2 pieces of the magnetic pump filling nozzles.

They will fill most of the perfume into the bottles.

Vacuum filling

It has 2 pieces of the vacuum filling nozzles.

They will sense the liquid level inside the bottle,and will keep filling perfume into the bottles until it reach the desired volume.At the same time,if the volume Exceeds the desired volume,they will suck it back to another tube by vacuum.

The vacuum filling nozzles make sure that all the perfume volume is the same,the liquid level of the perfume bottles is the same.

Pre-crimping and crimping

You can feed the spray pumps into the bottle by manual or vibration bowl.

The 2 pieces of pre-crimping stations will make the pumps vertical and press pumps into the bottle.

Then 2 pieces of crimping stations will crimp the pumps into the bottle tightly.

Collaring

You can feed the collars into the bottle by manual or vibration bowl.

It has 2 pieces of collaring stations.

They will press the collars down,let collars fixed into the bottles.

Bottle pick out

After finishing the filling,crimping,collaring,these kinds of process.

The 2 pieces of robotic hands will pick the finished bottles out to the convey belt.

1.Control the entire filling process, including start, stop, and sequential operation of filling, crimping, and collaring. 2.Ensure precise filling volume by adjusting filling speed and time to maintain high accuracy for perfume. Coordinate synchronization of multiple components, such as bottle air clean, filling nozzles, crimping heads, and collaring. 3.Support parameter setting and adjustment (e.g., filling speed, bottle size, production count) via touch screen or control panel.
