Our automatic internal heating tube sealing machine adopts internal hot air heating design for plastic & composite soft tubes. It completes tube feeding, positioning, sealing and edge trimming automatically, with adjustable speed and precise constant temperature control.
Internal heating only melts tube inner wall without damaging surface printing, achieving smooth, tight sealing. The stainless steel body meets GMP standard, supports customized tube molds and coding function, and can connect with paste filling machines to build complete tube packaging line, ideal for cosmetic cream, medical ointment and toothpaste mass production.

This fully automatic internal heating tube sealing machine is specially developed for plastic tubes, PE tubes and aluminum-plastic composite tubes, widely applied in cosmetics, pharmaceutical ointment, toothpaste, hand cream, facial cleanser, hair dye, food paste and adhesive production lines.

Different from traditional external heating sealers, it adopts advanced internal hot air heating technology: the heating head stretches into the tube mouth to evenly heat the inner wall only, which perfectly protects the printed patterns on tube surface from fading, blurring or deformation, delivering flat, firm, crack-free sealing effect with neat trimming without rough burrs.

The whole workflow runs fully automatically, including automatic tube feeding, photoelectric positioning, internal heating sealing, waste edge trimming and finished tube output. Equipped with PLC touch screen control, frequency speed regulation and digital PID temperature control system, the working speed (20–45 tubes/min) and heating temperature (0–300℃) can be adjusted freely to match your production capacity and tube material.

The whole machine frame is made of thick SUS304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, fully complying with cosmetic & pharmaceutical GMP hygiene standards. Standard mold fits tubes with diameter 16–60mm and length 50–250mm; customized molds for oval, flat or special-shaped tubes are available for free. Optional supporting functions include batch number coding printer, multi-country voltage conversion and linkage with automatic paste filling machines to form an integrated filling-sealing production line.

With built-in emergency stop, over-temperature and overload protection devices, this machine features stable operation, simple operation and low failure rate. Only one operator is required to feed empty tubes, greatly cutting labor costs for medium and large batch production.
