Products overview

This is a complete set of 300L hydraulic lifting internal and external circulation vacuum emulsifier unit, specially designed for cosmetic, daily chemical, ointment and food paste industrial production. The full set includes main emulsifying pot, water phase tank, oil phase tank, vacuum system, constant temperature control system and PLC electric control system, plug-and-use after installation.
Equipped with professional internal and external circulation homogenizing system on main pot. Different from ordinary one-way shearing emulsifier, this machine adopts bottom high-shear homogenizer cooperating with external circulating pipeline. Materials realize closed-loop circulating shearing inside and outside the pot, no dead-angle mixing, uniform emulsifying fineness, no material stratification, no bubble finished products. It is perfectly applicable for high viscosity cream, lotion, paste and emulsion production.
Adopt double-cylinder hydraulic lifting cover design, easy opening, full pot cleaning without dead angle, convenient for formula replacement and daily maintenance. The whole pot is made of SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel, with jacket electric heating and water cooling function. Full vacuum negative pressure feeding and defoaming processing meets GMP hygienic production standard.
Effective working volume: 240L per batch. Independent frequency control for stirring and homogenizing speed. Widely used for facial cream, body lotion, shampoo, ointment, sauce, skincare gel and daily chemical paste manufacturing. OEM & customized service is available, 1-year whole machine warranty and on-site after-sales service provided.
