Product Description

3000L fully sealed stainless steel mixing tank with wall & bottom scraper and side homogenizer, equipped with complete stainless steel operating platform. It realizes dead-angle-free uniform mixing, supports jacket heating, suitable for large-batch blending of shampoo, detergent and various cosmetic liquids, complies with GMP hygiene standards.

Top Mounted Mixing Reducer Assembly

It lowers motor speed and boosts torque to drive the stirring frame steadily at 0–60 rpm. It can handle high-viscosity materials without splashing, supports variable frequency speed control, and guarantees even mixing without dead zones.Cooperating with the sealed tank cover and reserved ports, it enables fully sealed mixing and vacuum defoaming to avoid material contamination.

Sealed Manhole Cover with Sight Glass

The quick-opening lock type manhole cover realizes fully sealed production, preventing dust and foreign matter from polluting raw materials inside the tank.

2. The central sight glass allows operators to observe the mixing state, material level and emulsification progress inside the tank in real time without opening the cover.
