Brief Summary

Mobile vacuum emulsification machine with 150L working volume, electric jacket heating, wall-scraping stirring and bottom high-shear homogenizer under vacuum environment. Equipped with lockable casters for flexible workshop transfer, ideal for small-batch production of cream, lotion and ointment.

 Working Principle

Raw materials are added into the sealed tank. The vacuum system extracts air inside the tank to eliminate bubbles. Electric jacket heating dissolves wax and oil phase materials evenly. The anchor wall-scraping agitator circulates materials to prevent wall adhesion, while the bottom high-speed homogenizer provides strong shear force to fully emulsify oil and water phases into fine, stable cream finished products. 

Usage

1. Feed oil phase and water phase raw materials into the emulsification tank, close the tank lid tightly.

2. Start vacuum pump to extract air, set heating temperature on control panel to melt oily raw materials.

3. Turn on wall-scraping stirrer and bottom homogenizer for cyclic emulsification.

4. Complete constant-temperature homogenization until uniform paste is formed, then release vacuum and cool down materials.

5. Open the discharge valve to output finished cream for filling.

Application

Widely used in cosmetic, pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries to produce facial cream, body lotion, BB cream, ointment, hair care paste and other high-viscosity emulsified products. Suitable for laboratory trial production and small-batch mass production.
