This complete set of 1000L stainless steel vacuum emulsifier mixer is a core cosmetic production equipment specially designed for large-scale factories. The whole unit integrates vacuum homogenizing, high-speed emulsification, heating, stirring and automatic material lifting functions, fully meeting the mass production demands of cream, lotion, facial mask paste, ointment, hair conditioner and cosmetic gel.

The main pot adopts 304/316L food-grade stainless steel with mirror polishing, no dead corners, easy CIP cleaning and sterilization. Adopt internal and external circulation homogenizing system, under negative vacuum environment to eliminate air bubbles, the finished product is fine, smooth and stable without layering. Equipped with hydraulic lifting cover and tilting discharging structure, convenient for feeding and material output, greatly saving labor cost.

Support customized heating method (electric heating / steam heating), PLC full automatic touch screen control, adjustable stirring speed and homogenizer frequency. This full set production line can be matched with water phase tank, oil phase tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic station and storage tank as a complete cosmetic production system, widely used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, daily chemical and food industries.
