Main emulsifying pot (1000L homogenizing mixing tank)
304/316L stainless steel main pot with hydraulic lifting cover and tilting discharge function, equipped with internal and external circulation high-speed homogenizer, anchor type slow stirring frame and water circulation heating & cooling interlayer.
Independent oil phase tank & water phase tank

2. Working Principle of 1000L Vacuum Emulsifier Line
First, raw materials are added into oil phase tank and water phase tank separately for heating, stirring and dissolving. After raw materials are fully melted and mixed, the system automatically transfers materials into the 1000L main mixing pot through closed pipeline.
Close the pot cover, start the vacuum pump to form negative pressure environment inside the tank, then open low-speed anchor stirring and high-speed circulation homogenizer at the same time. Under vacuum condition, materials are cut, sheared, emulsified and mixed repeatedly by homogenizer, so oil and water phases can be fully fused without air mixing.
After emulsification and constant temperature maturation, the finished paste can be directly discharged by hydraulic tilting pot, ready to be transported to filling machine for bottling. The whole production process is fully closed to avoid secondary pollution of materials.
