This Fully Automatic Chuck Type Roll-On Bottle Filling & Capping Machine is specially developed for roll-on/roller ball bottles. It integrates automatic bottle feeding, liquid filling, roller ball placing and outer cap screwing in one monoblock unit. Equipped with peristaltic/piston filling pump, it delivers stable filling accuracy ±0.5%~±1%. Liquid contact parts are SUS316L stainless steel, complying with cosmetic sanitary standards. It adapts to 5–100ml glass and plastic roll-on bottles for perfume, essential oil, deodorant and skincare serum. PLC touch control, missing bottle/cap/ball alarm and safety interlock are standard. Custom fixtures, automatic cap feeder, explosion-proof configuration and different voltage options are available.
