Rotary chuck

The rotary chuck has many universal bottle molds.The molds are changeable and adjusted to suit different bottles with various shapes and sizes.

Air washing and filling

1 piece of the air washing is equipped to clean the perfume bottles.

3 pieces of the vacuum filling nozzles fill the perfume to the bottles,it can make sure the liquid level of the bottle is at the same line.

Pump feeding 

This spray pump feeding station is connected with the vibration bowl.

When the vibration bowl start vibrating,it will feed the pump the this station automatically.

And then the robotic hand will clamp the pump into the bottle.

Pre-crimping

After the pump being fed into the bottle,some pump will be not very vertical to fit the bottles.

So this pre-crimping station will press the pump a bit,make the pump vertically fit into the bottle,,make it ready for crimping officially.

Crimping

The crimping station will press the pump into the bottle ,and then crimping it,make the pump fixed with the bottles.

Collar feeding

This collar feeding station is connected with the vibration bowl. When the vibration bowl start vibrating,it will feed the pump the this station automatically. And then the robotic hand will clamp the collar into the bottle.

Collaring

The collaring station will press the collar down,make it fixed into the bottle.

Bottle picking out

The robotic hand will pick the finished bottles out to the conveyor belt.

PLC Control system

This machine uses SIEMENS PLC control system with HMI touch screen.

It can set the filling volume,filling speed those kind of parameters.

with remote sensing control
