500L Movable Electric Heating Mixing Tank Without Bottom Homogenizer
This 500L movable electric heating mixing tank is designed for medium‑batch liquid mixing work. It adopts paddle stirring structure without bottom homogenizer. Nominal volume is 500 L and effective working volume is 400‑450 L.
Material contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel. SUS316L material is optional for higher hygiene requirements. The jacket electric heating system offers stable heating performance, maximum heating temperature can reach 95 degrees, controlled by digital temperature controller.
Equipped with heavy‑duty brake casters, the whole mixing tank can be moved freely on flat ground and locked firmly during operation. This machine works under atmospheric pressure. It is widely applied for mixing and dissolving shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, detergent and various chemical raw materials.
Multiple optional configurations are available for customers. You can choose cooling jacket, CIP spray ball, customized working voltage according to actual production conditions. This mixing tank features simple structure, easy operation and low maintenance cost, which is a cost‑effective solution for daily‑chemical liquid production.
