The homogenizing assembly adopts German‑sourced design with imported double‑end mechanical seals. Its maximum emulsification speed reaches 3000 rpm, delivering shear fineness of 0.2‑5 μm. 2. The tank is fabricated with imported triple‑layer stainless steel plates. Both tank shell and pipelines are mirror‑polished to fully comply with GMP standards. 3. Material heating and cooling are available to match process demands; heating options include steam heating and electric heating.
Application
This liquid‑washing mixing tank is widely used for cosmetics and daily‑chemical production of shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer and similar products. Internal low‑speed agitator blades provide thorough material blending to satisfy production‑process requirements.
An operating platform is optional, on which the control cabinet can be mounted. Heating, mixing speed, heating time and other parameters are controlled on one panel for simple, efficient operation.
After feeding, materials are homogeneously mixed by variable‑speed agitator blades. The jacket enables electric heating or cooling with customizable temperature setpoints. The heater stops automatically once reaching target temperature and restarts heating when temperature drops below the preset value.
