Our 500L electric heating movable mixing tank is designed for atmospheric liquid mixing process, adopting paddle agitator without bottom homogenizing device. Nominal volume is 500L and effective working volume is 400‑450L.
Material‑contact components adopt food‑grade stainless steel. Jacket electric heating system provides uniform heat transfer, max heating temperature up to 95 degrees. All‑round movable brake casters allow flexible site transfer for small‑to‑medium batch production.
Suitable for various daily chemical, cosmetic and chemical liquid mixing tasks. Multiple optional configurations including cooling jacket, CIP cleaning parts and different working voltages can be customized according to customer’s actual production conditions.
