Main Features
1. Hydraulic Lifting Structure
The main pot cover is lifted by hydraulic system, which provides stable and smooth lifting. This design makes it very convenient to clean the inside of the tank, add materials and discharge products. No dead corners inside the tank ensures easy cleaning and high hygiene standards.
2. Vacuum Emulsifying System
Working under vacuum condition effectively removes air bubbles from the products, resulting in glossy, smooth and stable creams and lotions. The vacuum system also prevents oxidation of raw materials during the emulsifying process.
3. High-Shear Homogenizer
The high-speed homogenizer provides strong shear force to break down and disperse particles, ensuring fine and uniform product texture. The homogenizing speed can be adjusted according to different production requirements.
4. Scrape-Wall Stirring
The anchor-type stirrer is equipped with PTFE scrapers that closely contact the tank wall. It effectively scrapes off materials sticking to the wall, ensuring even mixing and preventing local overheating.
5. Heating & Cooling Jacket
The double-jacketed tank supports electric heating for melting and reacting, and water cooling for rapid temperature reduction. Precise temperature control ensures stable product quality.

Typical Production Process
Put oil-phase materials into the oil tank and heat to melt
Put water-phase materials into the main pot and heat
Pump oil phase into the main pot under vacuum
Start scrape-wall stirring and high-shear homogenizer for emulsification
Maintain temperature and vacuum during emulsification
Cool down the product through water cooling jacket
Add fragrance and other additives at low temperature
Continue stirring under vacuum for de-foaming
Discharge the finished product
