Our 1000L hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifier is a large‑scale industrial emulsification unit built for medium‑to‑large batch manufacturing of cosmetic creams, lotions, ointments, toothpaste and other high‑viscosity paste products.It comes with separate oil‑phase and water‑phase tanks for independent pre‑heating, dissolving and pre‑stirring of raw materials. Prepared materials are drawn into the main tank via vacuum suction to achieve complete homogenization and stable formula performance.

Adopting hydraulic lifting mechanism, the whole stirring‑homogenizing assembly can be lifted entirely. It provides full access to tank interior, greatly simplifying cleaning, homogenizer inspection and sealing parts replacement. PLC touch‑screen control supports formula memory, parameter setting of stirring speed, homogenizer speed, temperature and vacuum degree, switching between manual and automatic operation modes.

All parts touching raw materials are SUS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing, meeting GMP hygiene requirements. Equipped with heating‑cooling jacket, vacuum defoaming system and complete operating platform with stairs. Multiple customization options including heating mode, explosion‑proof components and local‑standard voltage are offered to match different factory production conditions.

Dual‑action Mixing & Homogenizing System without Dead Zones
Anchor‑type wall‑scraper agitator matches bottom high‑speed homogenizer. Even high‑viscosity toothpaste, ointment and cream can achieve uniform mixing and fine emulsification, improving product texture and production efficiency.
High‑efficiency Vacuum Defoaming Performance
It can reach ‑0.08~‑0.095 MPa vacuum degree. Air bubbles inside paste are fully removed, avoiding pores and granular defects, delivering smooth and dense finished products.
GMP‑compliant Sanitary Construction
All medium‑contact parts adopt SUS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing. Sanitary pneumatic valves feature no‑dead‑angle flow‑path design, easy for CIP cleaning, meeting hygiene standards for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food production.
