Our 300L hydraulic lifting vacuum toothpaste making machine is specially designed for mass production of toothpaste and other high‑viscosity paste products. Equipped with separate oil‑phase and water‑phase tanks, it realizes independent pre‑heating and pre‑stirring for oil‑based and water‑based raw materials. Materials are transferred into the main tank through vacuum suction for complete emulsification and mixing.

Adopting hydraulic lifting structure, the mixing head can be fully lifted for easy interior tank cleaning, homogenizer maintenance and seal replacement. All product‑contact components are made of SUS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing to meet GMP hygiene standards. The vacuum system effectively eliminates air bubbles to guarantee smooth and dense toothpaste texture. This machine is widely applied in dental paste, ointment and thick cosmetic paste manufacturing. Customization on control system, heating mode and electrical standard is supported.
