The vacuum homogenizer is mainly composed of main tank ,cover, tank body, mixing system,homogenizing system, vacuum system ,operation platform etc.
Usage and Application:
Our machine is mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products, biopharmaceutical industry, food industry, paint and ink, nanometer materials,petrochemical industry, printing and rubber, electrics and electronics and fine chemical industry etc., the emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.

The oil-water tank
The water tank has a capacity of 460L and the
oil tank 200L. Both tanks are equipped with electric heating and mixing functions for material pre-treatment.This oil-water tank
features a precision load cell that halts material feeding automatically upon reaching the preset weight. Furthermore, dedicated
cleaning balls are installed in both the water and oil tanks to facilitate convenient cleaning.
Helical ribbon mixer
The mixer of this machine is 2 way mixing,center mixer with side helical ribbon mixer.The materials stirred by the center mixer will be dispersed on the surrounding pot walls, and then the helical ribbon mixer will mix and scrape the surrounding materials to the bottom and middle, so that all materials can be fully mixed and emulsified.
Siemens PLC control
This system uses a Siemens PLC controller with a touchscreen HMI. It features recipe storage and can record complete production data for each batch. In case of product quality
issues, it allows quick tracing of the production date, batch number, and raw material ratios for the corresponding batch.
Heating pipelines
Heating oil circulation pipelines are installed at the bottom of the oil-water tank to prevent material blockage inside the pipelines.
After pretreatment in the oil-water tank, the materials are transported through the bottom pipeline to the main tank for production.This design effectively avoids material contamination by external dust and ensures the whole production process is carried out under aseptic conditions.
