This linear automatic servo piston filling machine is a fully enclosed high-efficiency filling equipment developed for large-scale continuous production. The whole machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel structure, equipped with transparent safety protective cover, which effectively ensures production safety, reduces material splashing and keeps the workshop clean.
Each filling head is driven by an independent servo motor, supporting digital accurate adjustment of filling volume. The filling precision can be controlled within ±0.5%. It is compatible with low-viscosity liquid, medium-viscosity lotion and high-viscosity cream, widely suitable for cosmetics, daily chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals and fine chemical industries. An explosion-proof electrical system can be configured for factories that produce flammable raw materials.
The machine is equipped with a stable conveying line and automatic bottle positioning mechanism. Bottles are accurately locked under filling nozzles during operation to avoid displacement. Anti-drip filling nozzles prevent liquid dripping when lifting, saving raw materials and avoiding cross-contamination. The external independent touch screen control cabinet is convenient for operators to set parameters, store multiple groups of production formulas and quickly switch different product specifications.
The linear structure can be seamlessly connected with bottle washing machine, capping machine, labeling machine and other equipment to form a complete automatic bottling production line.
