Product overview
The 20L lab homogenizing mixing tank is compact mixing and emulsifying equipment for laboratory formula testing and small batch trial production, without vacuum system. It is widely used to make facial cream, body lotion, gel, ointment and various emulsion products for cosmetics and fine chemical industry.
The unit is fitted with high-speed homogenizing head and slow-speed wall scraping stirrer. The wall scraper closely follows the tank inner surface to prevent material adhesion. Materials can obtain sufficient shearing, mixing and homogenization to achieve uniform and fine texture. Optional electric heating system can be installed to realize constant temperature mixing according to production needs.
All parts contacting raw materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, complying with cosmetic production hygiene requirements. Tilting discharging structure facilitates finished material collection. Small footprint, simple operation and convenient disassembly cleaning. It is ideal test equipment for R&D labs and small workshops before mass production.
