This 6 heads automatic servo piston filling machine is a high-efficiency volumetric filling equipment independently developed by SIPUXIN, specially designed for mass production in cosmetics, daily chemicals, food, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. Each filling head is driven by an independent servo motor, which realizes digital precision adjustment of filling volume. The filling accuracy error can be controlled within ±0.5%, effectively guaranteeing consistent filling weight for every bottle.
The machine is compatible with a wide range of materials, covering low-viscosity liquids such as essential oil and perfume, medium-viscosity lotion, shampoo and liquid soap, as well as high-viscosity cream, paste and honey. For customers who produce flammable raw materials like alcohol and organic solvents, complete explosion-proof electrical configuration is available to meet safety production standards in hazardous workshops.
All parts in direct contact with materials are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to disassemble and clean, and complies with international hygiene requirements for food and cosmetic production. Equipped with anti-drip filling nozzles, it effectively prevents liquid dripping during operation to avoid cross-contamination and waste of raw materials. The human-machine touch screen control system can store multiple groups of preset parameters. Operators can rapidly switch among different filling specifications without complicated mechanical calibration, greatly saving mold change time.
The machine can run as a single independent unit. Meanwhile, it can be seamlessly connected with bottle washing machine, servo capping machine, labeling machine and other equipment to build a fully automatic integrated bottling production line. Details description:Core Filling UnitEquipped with six independent servo piston filling heads. Each head is driven by a separate servo motor to achieve separate volume adjustment. The filling stroke can be digitally set on the touch screen, with filling precision controlled within ±0.5%. Anti-drip nozzles are standard fitted to effectively avoid material dripping during nozzle rising, reducing raw material waste and keeping the conveyor clean. All material contact components adopt SUS304 stainless steel, easy to disassemble, clean and sterilize.Conveying & Bottle Positioning StructureAdopts stainless steel flat conveyor chain for stable bottle transportation. Adjustable side guide rails and positioning cylinders are installed along the conveyor path. Operators can quickly adjust the width according to different bottle diameters to prevent bottles from tilting or shifting during filling. The positioning mechanism locks bottles firmly right below filling nozzles to guarantee consistent filling position for every container.Servo & Pneumatic Control SystemHigh-performance servo drive system ensures stable and repeatable filling action. The whole set of pneumatic components adopts well-known brand parts, providing stable power for bottle clamping and positioning. All air pipelines are neatly arranged with air filter pressure regulating valve to keep air source clean and stable, lowering component failure rate for long-time continuous operation.
The main frame is constructed with thickened stainless steel profiles, solid and anti-vibration to maintain stable operation under long-term high-speed running. The layout reserves sufficient maintenance space for easy inspection and replacement of seals, bearings and wearing parts. The overall structure can be modified according to customers’ site layout, and supports docking with upstream and downstream equipment to form a complete automatic bottling line.
