2. Core Structural Features
2.1 Hydraulic Lifting System
Adopts full hydraulic lifting structure for the upper mixing and homogenizing assembly. The entire stirring and homogenizing unit can be lifted smoothly and stably, realizing fully open tank interior access. It completely solves the cleaning dead corner problem of high-viscosity toothpaste residue, greatly facilitating daily cleaning, homogenizer maintenance, shaft seal replacement and internal inspection. Compared with fixed cover machines, it reduces maintenance time and improves equipment service life.
2.2 Independent Oil-Water Phase Tanks
Equipped with separate oil-phase tank and water-phase tank to process oil-based and water-based raw materials independently. Raw materials are pre-heated, fully dissolved and uniformly pre-stirred in advance before being vacuum-sucked into the main emulsifying tank. This pre-treatment process avoids incomplete dissolution and uneven proportioning, ensuring extremely stable formula reaction and consistent toothpaste texture in mass continuous production.
2.3 Dual Mixing + Bottom High Shear Homogenizing System
Configured with low-speed anchor wall-scraper mixing and high-speed bottom homogenizer dual system. The wall scraper closely fits the tank wall to continuously scrape off high-viscosity toothpaste materials, preventing wall adhesion and material aging. The bottom high-speed homogenizer performs ultra-fine shearing, dispersing and emulsifying. No mixing dead angles are formed during the whole process, making the toothpaste fine, uniform and smooth without granular sensation.
2.4 High Vacuum Defoaming System
The vacuum system can stably reach -0.08~-0.095 MPa working vacuum. The whole emulsification process is completed in a negative pressure vacuum environment, which can thoroughly remove air bubbles generated during material stirring and shearing. Effectively avoids toothpaste pores, hollow texture and bubbling defects, significantly improving product smoothness, density and appearance grade.
2.5 Sanitary GMP Standard Structure
All parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing, no dead corners, no material hanging, easy to clean and sterilize. The welding position is smooth and rounded, which effectively prevents bacterial growth and residue accumulation. The whole machine meets GMP, CE and food-grade hygiene requirements, suitable for long-term standardized production of high-grade toothpaste and ointment products.
3. Working Principle
First, oil-based raw materials and water-based raw materials are separately added into the oil-phase tank and water-phase tank for independent heating, stirring and dissolving. After the pre-treatment is completed, the vacuum system generates negative pressure to automatically suck the pre-mixed materials into the main emulsifying tank. Under closed vacuum environment, the wall-scraping stirring system continuously circulates the materials, and the bottom high-speed homogenizer performs instantaneous ultra-fine shearing, dispersion and emulsification. Finally, uniform mixing and complete emulsification are realized, and vacuum defoaming is completed at the same time to obtain high-quality bubble-free toothpaste paste.
